Pure Capelli Hair Studio - Booking Deposit, Cancellation and No Show Policy

We understand your time is valuable and so is ours. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you would like to reschedule your appointment without incurring a cancellation fee.
Please see our policy below;

A non-refundable $50.00 Deposit will be required for all bookings. This will be deducted from your bill on the day of your appointment. If you no-show, cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, please understand this will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee.

A $50 cancellation fee with be added to the next appointment for clients that have not paid a booking deposit if they no show or cancel within the 24 hour time frame.
